This hero is built with a flex layout, aligned and justified so that the content will always be centered horizontally and vertically. To change this section’s background, select the “Hero Overlay” then scroll to the background section of the Style panel and replace the image. You can also adjust the opacity of the overlay’s black background for better contrast.

CT scan confirmed additional callus formation but full union is yet to happen.  It looks that the struts, even the short ones, do not offer enough stability for the fracture to unite. Therefore we changed the struts for threaded bars with hinges with a plan to correct the valgus deformity. I should have changed it earlier but was not expecting that.

CT scan - Coronal reconstruction

Plan:

  1. Continue with the planned correction and compression of the non-union
  2. Maintain weight bearing as tolerated
  3. Follow up in a week's time
